打造一台性能强悍的易控牧马人 YK4082

我玩车的喜好就是“仿真的性能大梁车”虽然对于爬石头来说,大梁车无论如何也干不过强爬、轴爬、管架,但我喜欢更像一台真车的感觉,而且咱八车大梁好歹也是4个轮里冲土坡的王者(假装现在是在scx6发布之前)
      
炫个技,改装后总车重5.9kg,带壳爬坡61度(无砂纸密度板表面),前轴荷载占比66.38%,前轮极限扭腰高度13.5mm,最小离地间隙4.8cm

经过论坛里各位大佬的科普教学,我粗浅的理解攀爬车性能主要有三:
      
第一:最重要是摩擦力足够的轮胎和海绵(软硬适中的质地、更抓地的纹路)和尽可能大的接地面积(更宽、更大、更软),能拖住当前车重攀爬,而不是原地打滑,记住这些胎,对着买基本不会错,是基本上,如果有不同意见,以你为准。

第二:轻量化的车身和分布合理的重心,爬坡不翘头(车头重),侧坡不侧倾翻车(轮距加宽且四轮轴下配重),下坡不空翻(和第一条不能完全兼顾)

前轮轴下配重是效果最好的配重没有之一,但大梁车受外观因素的影响,轴下配重的量是有边际的(我车重5500g,前轮轴下最多配到900g左右,轴下配重只占车重约16%,和那些车重2kg,前轮轴下黄铜+钨钢500g的车完全不能同日而语)
         
对攀爬车抑制翘头而言只要是后桥与传动轴连接处往前的配重都是有效配重,只是越靠后效果越差,对于4082这种车重无法过度减轻(其实就是不想花大代价换碳纤维大梁、更轻的拉杆、拆挡泥板等等)的8车玩家,合理利用轴上配重也是提升性能的重要方式。

第三:对于攀石爬坡来说,车身重心越低越好(直桥比门桥重心低但通过性能略差,门桥比直桥通过性能略好,对轴效应的抑制略好,但同等高度避震门桥扭腰要比直桥小)但重心低伴随着通过性能的牺牲,这要看常去玩车的场景是什么类型再针对性的去改装。

第四:优秀的接近角和离去角还有最小离地间隙(管架和强爬轴爬为啥性能那么强,有一部分也得益于不受接近角和离去角限制)
      
我这台车由于更换了大尺寸轮胎(149mm)和前避震绞牙下调,车前杠接近角约为62度,刚好能覆盖这车的极限爬坡角度。
         
Yk 4082这台车本身配置全面,前后差速、高低速、门桥(原车通过性就算合格了)都有了,原厂880电调、775电机、支持4s,也算是有了能爬能跑的底子,就是装配水平太差,车壳质感很一般,外观上先天不足,只能靠后期弥补。

具体到这台车的改装,主要是以下几点,1.轴下配重尽可能多,2.轴上配重尽可能靠近车头(但效费比较轴下配重低),3.轮距加宽增加抗侧倾能力
一.性能提升部分
1.增加轴上配重,总计增加896g(金属轮毂及轮胎配重块各计入50%重量)
a.安装双电机绞盘90g,接电接控麻烦,用纳米双面胶粘在前杠上。

c.更换黄铜前横梁96g

d.改电池前置(用豹牌3s 4000mah电池230g,用绑带固定)将原厂电调基座拆除,将电调和开关移至左前挡泥板处(用纳米双面胶粘贴)便于平衡右侧的接收机的重量
      
YK4082改前置电池支持不超过100*55*30mm的电池(市面可选的电池不多,还有格式4s 2200的穿越机电池可用)

2.增加轴下配重,共计增加947g(金属轮毂及轮胎配重块各计入50%重量)
a.前轮轴下钨钢配重,单片40g,每边3片一共6片共240g,5颗大螺丝固定的金属轮毂更换18.4mm接合器,轮毂内空间刚好够增加3片钨钢配重,再多就要换更宽的接合器。

e.金属轮毂内侧粘配重块(180g两只)会增加前转向及传动系统的压力,更易扫舵机臂、断枸骨,但为了测试极限爬坡角度,还是加上去了。

a.更换国产JC 149mm轮胎(一车份95元)虽车身重心虽加高7mm,但抓地力和通过性大大加强。

换胎后避震孔位用原车最下一格,前避震绞牙下调3圈减少蹭轮眉情况,下调太多会升高车身重心减小避震行程。

b.下山时可用后置电池配重,下山不空翻。切除原车后置电池仓卡口,电池用绑带固定,可放置三圈霸道4s 7000mah的电池(尺寸135*44*48)

二.外观仿真改造
外观改造的方向主要是把车身配饰调整的更简洁,增加贴纸,玻璃膜贴上去增加玻璃质感。
1.侧面车窗贴玻璃改色膜(透光率50%)
2.车身侧面增加车壳贴纸(黑色8车版风火山林*2、银色顶火骷髅头文字*2、银色顶火前挡风玻璃文字*1、10车版顶火后窗骷髅头贴纸)
