1/5海妖后直桥双电机
各位模友大家好.不知什么时候萌生了一个想法.想用海妖1代跑跑极速.一辆满载重达55斤.1/5车后直桥.
海妖1代后直桥与生俱来的轴效应.和如此重大的车身.导致注定这辆于极速无缘
我选择了这个大冬天来做这件事.天气冷.电池呼吸效应大.内阻增大.放电减小.容量变低.困难重重.但是没事.这些问题都可以改!
我觉得车子是死的.人是活的.只要是敢想敢干.动力不够就加动力.轴效应就改车身.地盘高就降地盘.加定风翼.上风刀!!
如果没记错的话.目前世界最快5车是老美的大x极速210 .老美海妖极速最快是150.
可能听起来150好像并不快.随便一个f1鸿诺gt上200很轻松.但是这两款根本没有可比性.车型差距太大.轮胎离心力.车架重量.电机功率Kw.电池放电C.电调A数.战损成本.最适合跑极速的车子还是6车.7车
不过既然想了.就要做下去.很多人说既然打算跑5车极速为什么不用mcd.fg原因很简单 .. 没钱买
不过话说回来.还是因为喜欢海妖.想亲眼目睹通过我的设计改装.让一辆又重又轴效应.被大家都不看好的直桥车.跑出来一个不错的极速成绩.

开始全车大拆.大保养.轴承全换.齿轮全部清理.传动轴重新定制精工

设计绘图. 勾勒出图纸.海妖原车是汽油车地盘空间为了给汽油机让路.导致传动轴是斜着.此次也要进行居中改进.降低传动动力磨损.先3d打印看看效果

因为车子太重.要想极速上的去.就要减小整车速比.加大电机齿.目前世面比较不错的大功率电机像tp.zf(2028因是霍尔有感.磁钢转子小.功率相对于无感电机.功率小一些.因也是老外电机.直接不用.国产电机已经很强了)
目前就是选择了zf旗舰电机5883.直径58转子83此电机主要用载人推浪板.实际电机尺寸是58123.峰值16kw ≈21马力.(好盈56113是7kw)
单电机对于50多斤的车.就很暴力了.但是我们这次要拉极速.速比小.要求电机不但转速高.而且低扭也要强.要上双电机.双电调.双8s.
电调采用卡斯特xlx2.只要是电机给力.电池放电给力.500A以上电流随便放. 目前rc极速榜最快电调了
这时候你肯定会在想.大费周章双电机.为什么不用mgm800A.30100. 主要原因是我太穷.
其次!也是最主要的原因.大家都知道升级动力都是换电机.换电调.往往忽略了最重要的电池. 对了 电池!
Xlx2.600A都已经登榜全球极速第一.800A的电调拿什么电池能喂饱它.
正常世面用的眼镜蛇豹子电池连xlx2都喂不饱.mgm更别说了. 电池瓶颈.跟不上在强的电设又有何意. 双电机的好处就是两块8s.拥有2组电池的放电C.就好比三个臭皮匠顶个诸葛亮. 2个i5和1个i7的意思

经过整车齿比和电机kv.功率计算.电机齿为22齿 低速起步扭矩非常足够. 极速也足够了.整车速比为6.6(电机转6.6圈轮胎转一圈)单电芯满电4.2v全油或者急加速强放点单芯能在3.5v.
3.5×8=28×1200=33600 50/25=2×43/13=6.615384615
33600/6.615384615=5079.069768×60=304744.1861 230×3.14=722.2×280364.6512=202479351.1
170×3.14=533.8×280364.6512=149658650.8
理论上按照230轮胎算极速可以到200
170轮胎可以到149.暂时轮胎还没确定好.正在进口5车海绵胎.

目前车子就是这个状态.车架动力部分已经完工. 碳纤维尾翼.碳纤维风刀.扰流板.正在定制中.. 过年之前会完成极速测试.目标 160km/h .我对这套动力非常放心.就看轮胎了.
无论成绩好坏尽力就好.
后期我会继续上图.

跑一百可以 再往上不行了必须海绵胎离心力太大 后直桥不适合跑高速 顶顶,发平路区去
