fxxd 1.0改造过程回顾
在19年的时候我从一个辽宁的车友那里收下来一台出电池之外什么都有的fxxd 1.0,这时候大家都玩后置超后置电机的车子了,同时也忙于学业许久没有管它,直到去年毕业去工作后才把它拉出来。之前曾看到论坛上一些人对fr的那种蔑视的论调,当时是真的把我激怒了,凭什么fr不配有强战斗力?凭什么仿真和战斗力不能结合?于是我向这台好几年前的老车进行改造,没想到这一改改出了新天地。

这台车我收下来的时候就已经弄了超后置电池架,刚开始的时候也只是改一下麦弗逊使它更仿真,后来发现舵机和电调的位置还是太前了,所以设计了舵机电调后置底板。尽管如此,前后轮比重依然没有到4:6且车头达到了549g,我立马意识到这样的改动还是不够,电机座和二级减速的地方还是太重,要想进一步提升战斗力必须对头部加以改造

直到后来我看到了frd 6.0的概念图,电机位置已经不像以前的frd那样那么靠前了,而且使用的是一级减速,电机座也大大简化,我就想着如何把fxxd 1.0电机减速方式改成一级减速。经过一段时间的测绘之后,终于弄出了fxxd电机一级减速改件——追魂改件;同时也看了Kenbro的frd type-r的相关视频,了解到以前的舵机电调陀螺仪的布局方式需要改变,于是我把以前的那些老的电子设备全部换掉,换上较为主流的电设,并使用电池压在后轴上方以及电调超后置的布局。同时,将前摆臂销和舵机拉杆主体材料都换成碳纤维。这次的结果还是比较让我满意的,无车壳状态前轮只有427g且前后轮比重35:65,而且转向情况也还不错,真是开心到爆炸https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_074.png

在这过程中有人曾对我表示怀疑甚至是否定,认为仿真和战斗力结合是天方夜谭,依然有人认为fr布局就应该和rer一样只弄仿真就可以,我也曾动摇过,但还是坚持了下来,我不知道我还能把这台车能改到多大的极限,但我知道这是我唯一一台后驱,我能给的东西就一定要给它,希望自己能不忘初心吧https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_heiha.pnghttps://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_heiha.png

先3d打印验证,然后用CNC加工铝合金零件,当然电机座一定要弄铝合金的 这么大佬 最近想了一下,如果把大齿座和中轴合二为一,而且中轴主体用碳纤维管(目前的中轴还是使用fxxd本来的中轴),那么就可以省掉大齿和中轴之间的辅助电机座了,这样头部重量可以进一步减轻
