TT02低成本改金属皮带轮

之前玩攀爬车,基本都改了皮带轮,好处是安静,线性,避免扫齿,最近无聊想给tt02改皮带轮,发现黄鱼上已有不少成品,便宜的50-60多3d打印,贵的100多金属的,本着能动手就不花钱的原则,开始翻箱倒柜,还真找到一套合适的皮带轮,之前给trx4改皮带轮多买的,大小合适,皮带也合适,开整!!!

tt02和trx4都有一个尴尬的情况,就是齿轮宽度和齿轮槽冲突,但是又不多,就差2-3mm左右,图上三个最左边是trx4打磨的厚度,最右边是原厂厚度,打磨基本打磨了3-4天,每天坚持一小时,不光齿轮打磨,车架也要打磨。

打磨好了就开始组装了,齿轮自带几米螺丝,如果怕卡不紧,就把销子装几米孔内穿过传动轴,这样就不可能打滑了,看图很好理解,剩下的就简单了。

用了皮带轮,自然盖子是不可能盖上了,trx4一样毛病,是不是t字辈都这德行https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_wulian.png,没盖子没事,但是轴承得压紧啊,只能切割了,把齿轮盖部分切掉,留下轴承盖和马达盖,如图切法。

最后是安装好以后的图,以及上个帖子改转向组的图,还有就是这个美嘉欣避震,用来改拉力太合适了,不过需要换套合适硬度的弹簧,全长68mm左右,价格30-50,自己去黄鱼淘,比同价位国产小作坊避震好多了,暂时没发现漏油,缺点就是螺丝是m2.5的(我的办法是用tt02自带的避震螺丝),弹簧又细又软没支撑。

改装清单:
1.大齿,一般是2GT和MXL两种型号同步轮两面平齿轮,直径不超过原大齿直径就行,齿数就是45-60不等,内孔看你轴直径,我升级国产中轴和接杯,我的后接杯轴直径是5,原厂的不知道是不是一样的。齿轮齿数不会买的话,一般闭眼选48或者50齿,直径不会比原大齿大,齿轮一定要两面平的,槽宽7的!!
2.马达齿,选择和大齿一样型号的,型号的区别就是齿轮内齿的形状,肉眼看一样,其实有差别,买错了皮带磨损快,齿数12-15齿,自己调整齿比,内孔一般3.175,个别如开山斧,内孔就不是3.175了。
3.皮带,买一样型号的皮带,网上有公式,量好大齿和马达齿中心点距离,套入公式就能算出皮带长度,针对tt02和trx4车型,买B55-B59长度就可以,其它车型不确定,一般马达位置可以调整齿距,所以多买几个长度,回来自己调整距离,皮带不能拉的过紧。
4.价格,一般量对了,大齿和小齿加皮带一共不超过30,有的包邮,有的不包邮也就多加5块。

不要选我图中的大齿内孔!!!这是给trx4买的内孔4!!!

最后祝大家玩车开心,皮带轮对性能没啥提升,改装费时费力费事,没耐心的就别改,我自己纯粹是无聊改装玩。

电机一级减速的线速度那么高,皮带应该不是跟适合

好多人都觉得皮带轮不结实,其实不然,商品皮带轮为了适配车型和齿轮槽都会把齿轮宽度做窄,皮带自然也变窄,我用的从来都是槽宽7mm皮带应该是6mm宽,而商品皮带轮有的会减到5mm甚至4mm,都是为了无损安装。我们玩攀爬用皮带轮动力拔河原厂尼龙齿,愣是把尼龙齿拔碎了,就这一点就可以证明皮带轮完全足够,而且便宜,易更换。

换皮带一定要用带轴承的电机,不然玩几个电马达轴的铜环就会被马达轴磨出一个缺口
