为了田宫911的壳,我改了个TT02-type YD2
自从田大爷出了911 GT3的壳,就一直想按到一个漂移底盘上。奈何190车宽配251轴距的奇葩数据,任何漂移底盘基本都不合适。。。于是这个车壳只能套在原厂tt02车架上当静态展示了。恰逢前段时间升级了shark的摆臂,换下了之前给鲨鱼用的yd2 前后上下摆臂,转向杯,后轮座等等。于是就萌生了把这些零件按到tt02上的想法。
修改了电池布局,后高置增加抓地力。配合yr的转向套件,以及后轮可调toe的后臂码。余下零件大量使用自己设计的3d打印零件。
大致列一下清单:
Yokomo零件:前上下摆臂,后下摆臂,摆臂pin,可调offset前轮轴
Reve D零件:前转向杯,后轮座。
YR零件:转向组,后cvd,后油差,后可调toe的臂码。
overdose零件:Galm的原厂避震
3D打印零件:前后油压架,前后上臂码座,下摆臂pin的adaptor,电池盒,电池盒支架。

零件上完后,轴距和轮距调整相对简单,使用各种垫片根据车壳调整即可。然后使出浑身手段调整akm,bump steer。这两项是混搭零件后调整起来最困难的。尤其是yr转向和reved转向杯之间的link水平角度比较难调整,导致bump steer调整比较头大。

因为只是娱乐车,所以电设挑选最便宜的上。power HD套装,配合HW的80A电调和13.5T jstock电机。目前已经下地,没有做任何细节的调车,全靠肉眼调了下,意外的还挺好跑,单走毫无压力,达到套壳娱乐车的目的。后续有时间对这台车做个精细化调整。

最后写个总结:
纯粹的个人向娱乐项目,不考虑性价比和性能。体验rc倒腾的乐趣。
新手入飘别考虑从TT02改车。自己改过后才知道要考虑的事情比预想的多。
车宽和轴距参数对正经漂移车很重要,正经漂移不要为了车壳牺牲这两个参数。
这次自己设计了一些零件,才发现平衡功能,性能,美观和可调性不是个简单的事情。对车架设计者们表示敬意。
