The New Power Zone Multi Cell Charger has the capability of a charger as well as discharging 1-4 cells AA-AAA Ni-MH or Ni-CD batteries. You can also charge 1-2 cell 9V Ni-MH or Ni-CD batteries, in addition to the Delta Peak detection, original detection system allows constant and effective charge without the risk of overcharge.

还真怀疑是贴牌货，几张图都找不到KYOSHO的标志。
里面长得真像远古时代的万能充（我家就有一个，NI-CD电用），滑槽式负极触点，还有9V电接口～
