本帖最后由 aaronlen 于 15-7-24 11:07 编辑 然并卵。。。没有铸铁T架,精度一般般,不过不要小看加工哦骚年门,这种微型的,倒是可以做做要求不高的件,比如神主牌什么的,只要进刀量放小点,转速高点还是可以应付的,如果要做精度高的,比如2个C以内,你就不要强求这种做的,能做到20个C精度算不错了,要买,就买有铸铁T架的机,变形应力小,才能保证精度能出来,否则,一切都是浮云。 看这个东西,还得要弄个平台固定,对刀对水平,也不是一般人能应付得了。。。。同时,转速10000转,表面高光也很难做得到啊亲。。。。 另:铝板硬度,铝合金分常用的几种,6063、6061、6005,还有一般所说的航空铝7075 硬度由大到小是7075-6005-6061-6063,其中6005跟6061硬度差不多,做得好的话,韦氏硬度都有13度以上,6063普遍在9-13度的范围内,极少数能到13的,多数是10-12度,7075一般可以去到18度以上,做底盘首选7075,油板6005或6061,道选6061.因为6005非铝成分较高,做氧化不及6061好,不过都是喷小号砂,没相干了。一些固定件什么的,6063是最好的,做出来的表面效果要比6061-6005要好,氧化效果也不容易出现色差。 |
