大Rey2.0(SBR2.0)前避震架改进方案(开源工程图)
看到最近关于大Rey2.0前悬挂行程的改进讨论比较多,我也贡献自己的一点实验成果,希望有需要的朋友能用的上。先说改进方案:
1. 使用本方案提供的避震架改进套件,无损加装在原避震架上。
2. 拆除原厂前避震,将原厂后避震换装到前避震位置。
3. 后避震改用baja 5b避震(我选用的是10mm直径避震芯的,附图中银色款)
*建议更换金属前差速总成壳体,因为大小rey的设计一样,这个部件下接底盘,上连避震座支架。受力过大尼龙孔滑丝后整个避震架有可能被扯出来。
**不建议更换原装避震架为金属件,尤其是在使用本方案提供的避震架改进件后,极端受力条件下原厂的尼龙件可以提供一定程度的形变防止差速总成壳体受损。
关于避震架改进件:
1. 包括三部分part a, b, c,我自己使用的是3K东丽斜纹碳纤维板制作(总装见附图)。
2. 螺丝及及紧固件:
i. M4 x 30mm 杯头螺丝 x2
ii. M4 x 45mm 杯头螺丝 x4
iii. M4 防滑螺母 x6
iv. M4 杯头垫片 x6
3.设计的比较简单,没有做任何挖空减重设计和图案,强度非常非常够了。
4. 制作成本,我在淘宝加工了两套,一共275元,可以作为参考(和店家的通信截图见附图)。

10mm的芯太粗了,压缩的时候进入的体积很多,必须保证筒内空气体积要大于避震芯的,就不能灌太多油,如果有气肺应该会好一点,但是10mm的油封阻力也会大不少
