现在来到了下摆臂。下摆臂球头是金属嵌套胶球头扣,按照说明书的方法,在球头背面拧上螺母,然后拧球头上面的6角,用螺纹慢慢推进,就可以又省力有精准的把球头推进去。(图一

摆臂内侧和外侧的球头扣不一样,内侧是一半闭口,外侧是通口,注意区分不要搞错。

内侧的球头是螺母结构,我是在上面装了一个螺丝,然后螺丝刀插上六角,垂直竖起,拿着用身体向下压,这样比用钳子,对零件损伤最小,角度也越垂直。

球头扣套进摆臂后,在反面用o圈在凹槽处固定。建议涂一点硅油方便卡进去,但是不要把油弄进球头里,防止粘灰。
这种装配我还是第一次见,一般纯碳摆臂的球头扣固定是e扣或者螺母。其实很牢固,紧度是足够的,这样也比金属更轻,减轻簧下质量。

下止点螺母是直接卡进去的。背面加垫片和螺丝,慢慢推进拉进去。
整个摆臂安装好仅有8g多!非常轻的簧下质量,非常灵活

mi9的下摆臂设计很容易看出设计的极限。
内球头孔位内部的用料明显低于其他地方,(图一),在受力小的地方绝不多用一点料,极限减重。下止点位置也比较靠里,减小摆臂变形。

下摆臂垫片安装我会涂一点油,防止装的时候掉下去。摆臂安装完后,比我想象的结实,虚位很小

可以看到前避震架是分开的,中间留了一条缝。很好的设计,保证了波箱有一定扭动,又反正过分扭动而使车架变形

上波箱盖全碳,给车带来了非常低的重心和车重。车壳柱支架和波箱都连一起了。非常极限利用了空间。
建议碳纤维削切处滴上胶水,防止开裂,但是千万不要影响螺丝安装和球头安装

mi9这里碳件的螺母全部内嵌,最大程度利用空间。装发还是利用螺纹推进法,如图2。个人喜欢装的时候所有面全涂油,减少零件磨损,拆卸的时候可以复用。

装上摆臂之前,把直轴和差速的轴承套指针可以涂上颜色,方便对准偏心方向。

为什么不先装二楼板呢?因为我需要保证车架装上皮带的时候,不会产生太大内应力,导致底板变形。   这时候我们装上皮带和差速/直轴,调整到比较紧但是不会让底板变形严重的位置,实时查看底板翘起与否的情况。

波箱盖这里需要格外注意。一般的rc车架直轴/差速可以在轴承套之间自由左右滑动,因为波箱有扭动,相当于轴承套和波箱硬连接,轴承在套里移动。
mi9的轴承套并不是完全和波箱盖硬连接,扭动的时候波箱和轴承套会有相对移动,和直接在有较大的空隙,建议贴两片铝箔胶带,保证一点扭动的同时减小虚位。千万不能完全压紧。
mi9这种设计好在最大程度减小波箱扭动时的阻力,更灵活,也防止扭动的时候卡住。
