With the indoor carpet season soon approaching, we at PROTOform want to bring the touring sedan racers the best racebody possible for their unique demands. Carpet tends to yield exceptional traction with today’s generation of high-bite foam tires, low center-of-gravity 4wd chassis and sticky tire dressings. On occasion, especially at large well attended race events, the traction levels will continue to improve to the point where there's almost too much bite. Yes, sometimes there can be too much of a good thing when it comes to "traction". Traditionally, the body on the sedan type racecar is a tuning tool used to develop down force and hence - traction. When traction levels are already at the high end of the scale, a low down-force body style is the key to quick lap times and extra run time. That, racers around the world, is exactly where the all new PROTOform G6 body comes in.

Designed specifically for the demands of a carpet track with "hyper traction", it offers handling balance and efficiency. It's extremely lightweight at only 83 grams (w/out mask or paint) and comes with wing, window masks, decals and wing mount screws. It meets all ROAR and IFMAR 190mm class specs and has two clearly marked trim lines - one for legal/sanctioned racing and one for "slammed" club racing. The G6's excellent aerodynamics will make it a rocket on tracks with long straight-aways.

根据英语说明,这个车壳适合超高抓地力的地毯赛道,降低了下压力用来减少过剩的抓地力,有更快的直线速度以及提供更长的跑车时间.

哈哈!!!说得很好的一句话..

的确,地毯的季侯赛又来了.没记错的话应该是九月中开始(室外赛快要结束).其它的地方先不说,
就以南加州这边的季侯赛.今年改为跑海棉胎,还增多了项目,现在已经吸引了很多的选手.

说到车壳的下压力,记得上次到地毯试车的时候.抓地力真的很好,好几次在直路尾翻车.
车壳是RAYSPEED的ACCORD.后来把车的Droop增大,从5MM加到7MM,弹簧换硬.
车才有好点的表现.此终个人觉得这壳下压力也满大的.跑起来的感觉比跑沥青地要费电
.希望这新的车壳能带来好的感觉.

PS:希望能在稍后的地毯比赛能为大家报道消息.当然会有图片啦!!!!!
还有.如果有TRF415的玩家想玩海棉胎.记得更换PRO4的转向杯哦...[em18][em18]
